About ViaRoma Restaurant

The owner of ViaRoma, Roma Jakobov, is the son of two immigrant parents, Roma who are the first generation born in the United States. He was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. It was always a dream of his to open a restaurant in his hometown, where he could curate guest experiences unlike anywhere else.

Roma was deeply influenced by his mother and growing up in her kitchen. He watched his mother always take on the role of host. She was always happy to welcome anyone and everyone into their home and around the table.

Since the young age of 14, he has worked in restaurants. He has had the pleasure of working in all positions. Through learning the ins and outs of each position, he gained the knowledge of what it takes to provide a truly one of a kind dining experience.

Acts of service is a way of life. Roma is bringing his act of service to the Brooklyn neighborhood and showcasing it through his restaurant. ViaRoma offers one of the best BOTTOMLESS BRUNCHES in Brooklyn, a wide range happy hour menu, and a dinner menu of elevated home cooked meals.
